72 Muffins in 5 Minutes!
We love being able to serve our kids fresh, warm, healthy banana muffins in the morning before they go to school. Using this process makes it easier to do so. All you need to do is grab the dry ingredient container and add the wet ingredients, stir and bake.
Both our kids prefer the muffins smooth, so we mix the bananas in a blender or food processor before adding. But if yours don't mind the chunks, throw them in the bowl and mash them in that way.This yummy recipe has no oil, no dairy, no nuts and you can omit the egg by using 1 tbs flax seed w/ 3 tbs water. Its a great recipe for those with allergies!!
You can do this with many different foods that require dry ingredients like pizza dough, corn bread, cookies, brownies. (all recipes with be featured at a later date).
